Call for proposals: Evaluation of projects in Ukraine 

SALAR International is looking for a team to evaluate two of our projects in Ukraine, DSP (Decentralisation Support Project) and Prosto - Support to Services Accessibility in Ukraine.

The evaluation should assess the impact and sustainability of the activities, supporting the formulation of recommendations on how the experiences can be relevant for future work supporting decentralization in Ukraine.
