Recruitment: Team leader who can support decentralisation and local self-governance in Georgia

SALAR International will carry out a Sida funded inception phase in Georgia during 2023.

For this purpose we are seeking to engage a Team Leader who can facilitate the practical implementation of the preparatory work for a multi-year project intervention, as well as provide strategic and contextual advice throughout the assignment. The Team Leader will be engaged as consultant (ca 50 percent level of effort) for seven months, with the intention to prolong the engagement based on performance.
