Helena Adlercreutz is the Project Manager of SALAR Internationals project in Armenia. She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Uppsala University, Sweden specialized in democratic governance and public administration. She counts with more than 20 years’ experience of international development cooperation working for the EU, the UN as well as for public, private and non-profit organizations.

She has lived and worked in several countries in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa and Asia. A development generalist she is highly experienced in managing and designing projects in support of local democracy, good governance, municipal management, public service delivery and national policy dialogue in low and middle income countries. Building dynamic partnerships for achieving the Agenda 2030, connecting central and local authorities including civil society, private sector and academia is her specialities.
