Marléne Hugosson

Professional profile

Marléne Hugosson is an ordinary member of the SALAR International board, since 2022. In addition, she is working at SALAR as Project Manager, and has more than 10 years of experience leading and coordination development and humanitarian projects in the Middle East. Currently her project-focus is on strengthening local authorities, local democracy and the right to community services in municipalities with a large reception of refugees.

Marléne has a background at Rädda Barnen where she worked as Syria Response Corrdinator as well as Project Manager at the Swedish Committee for Afghanistan (SCA).
