Sofia Avdeitchikova

Professional profile

Sofia Avdeitchikova joined the board of SALAR International as ordinary member in 2024. Sofia has over 20 years of professional experience from academia, public sector, business and international organizations, and has previously served on the boards of two NGO organizations.

Within the international development cooperation sphere, Sofia has a solid background in strategy formulation, program development, implementation, and evaluation, covering Eastern Partnership countries, Western Balkans, and Southeast Asia.

During 2017-2018 she served as strategic advisor to the management team of UNDP in Ukraine. Currently, Sofia works with strategic initiatives at SALAR.
